I'm doing my blogging on Tumblr now. Why Tumblr? Because it is a shiny new toy. The design is minimalist and the typography looks gorgeous. Of course I could change this blog to look the same, but it requires time and motivation that I don't have. Another reason is Tumblr feels more welcoming of short posts and sharing links from others. Or maybe I'm rationalizing too much given I found a new toy to play with. I lose one major feature by moving to Tumblr - comments. You can't comment on Tumblr posts. (If you have an account there and follow me, then you can reply to my posts). But I don't get that many comments here anyway and people who bother to read what I write already know how to find me.
